RSender Overview
Understand RSender's role in permission-based email operations and the path from setup to reporting.
RSender is a Windows and macOS desktop console for operating authorized bulk email. It brings sending domains, SMTP accounts, contacts, templates, campaigns, automation flows, queues, suppressions, and reporting into one operational workspace.
It is built for organizations that control their audience permissions and sending infrastructure. It is not a personal inbox client or a source of recipient data.
Operating lifecycle
- Authenticate: add a domain and publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
- Connect: add SMTP sending accounts, store credentials, and test connectivity.
- Prepare: import consented contacts, create segments, and enforce subscription state.
- Compose: create an enabled template with required variables and unsubscribe access.
- Send: create a campaign or automation flow, complete preflight, and start.
- Control: monitor queue activity, rate, throttling, bounces, complaints, and account health.
- Improve: review deliverability and reports, update list policy, and preserve audit history.
Local and online responsibilities
Operational data and SMTP credentials are managed by the desktop application, with sensitive credential operations handled by the Go backend. Online access is used for product activation and any enabled hosted add-ons.
RSender does not include mail-server deployment or list verification automatically. MailFleet and RS Email Verifier are separate tools in the RocketsSend suite, and files move between products only when an operator exports and imports them.
Compliance baseline
- Send only to recipients with a valid permission or other lawful basis.
- Honor unsubscribe requests and complaint signals.
- Suppressed addresses are skipped across all send paths.
- Authenticate domains before production sending.
- Use conservative rate and retry policies aligned with provider requirements.
- Monitor delivery outcomes and stop when signals indicate harm.
Software controls support a responsible program but do not replace legal review, consent records, or provider policies.
