Prepare before sending
Check domain authentication, sender readiness, recipient status, template content, unsubscribe handling, and sending strategy before a campaign goes live.
RSender
Coming soonRSender is a desktop email-operations console for sending identities, permissioned contacts, templates, campaigns, automation, suppression, queue control, and delivery analysis.
Bulk email operations become difficult when account health, DNS authentication, recipient consent, templates, queue behavior, bounces, unsubscribes, and reports live in separate tools or spreadsheets.
RSender brings those responsibilities into one operational workspace while keeping suppression and unsubscribe enforcement visible.
Check domain authentication, sender readiness, recipient status, template content, unsubscribe handling, and sending strategy before a campaign goes live.
Observe the queue and SMTP response stream, adjust global strategy, pause or resume campaigns, and stop all sending when investigation is required.
Suppressed and unsubscribed contacts are skipped across sending paths. Changes are reflected in operational history instead of being treated as an optional afterthought.
Add sending domains, review suggested SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, recheck authentication, and inspect domain-specific detail.
Add or import SMTP accounts, configure server and TLS details, store credentials locally, test connectivity, pause accounts, and review health.
Import CSV data, map fields, deduplicate, compare against suppression, add tags, create rule-based segments, and manage subscription state.
Create or import HTML templates, use variables and dynamic content, preview output, manage link-variable sources, and maintain an unsubscribe path.
Choose recipients, template strategy, send strategy, and compliance preflight. Start, pause, resume, duplicate, inspect, and export campaigns.
Build workflows from source, action, decision, wait, and end nodes. Select templates and sending accounts, save the graph, and control draft, running, or paused states.
Review live delivery logs and queue totals, apply global rate and timing settings, enable automatic throttling, pause/resume, or stop sending.
Manage hard-bounce, soft-bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, and manual suppression records. Sending paths enforce suppression checks.
Review recipient-domain outcomes, delivery-rate trends, bounce reasons, engagement measures where entitled, and campaign/account/domain breakdowns.
SMTP credentials remain on the local Go side of the application and are not stored by the browser UI. Activation and selected optional hosted services require network access.
RSender does not remove the user's responsibility to obtain permission, identify the sender, provide working unsubscribe mechanisms, honor requests, protect credentials, and follow provider rules and applicable law.
Use MailFleet when you need to deploy supported server software, and RS Email Verifier when you need a separate list-quality assessment. RSender does not automatically pull assets or results from those products.
No. You configure authorized SMTP sending accounts and domains.
Suppression is enforced across sending paths and is not presented as a campaign-level bypass.
No. Delivery depends on permission, content, authentication, sender reputation, provider policy, recipient behavior, and other external factors.
Sending actions are locked while read-only access and the relevant renewal or recovery guidance remain available according to the current license state.
