These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds

Our paid subscriptions renew automatically each month or year, according to the billing interval selected at checkout, until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Waffo Pancake, to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method at the start of each billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal available from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access until that date and will not be charged for another billing period.

Because our subscriptions provide immediate access to digital software and license rights, the following refund rules apply:

• First subscription payment: You may request a full refund within 3 calendar days after your first subscription payment, provided that the license has not been activated. An activated license is not eligible for a refund.
• Duplicate charges: A duplicate charge caused by a billing error will be refunded in full.
• Extended service interruption: If a verified interruption caused by us prevents access to the paid service for more than 72 consecutive hours, we may provide a prorated refund or extend the subscription period.
• Non-refundable charges: Renewal payments, used subscription periods, requests made more than 3 calendar days after the first subscription payment, and accounts terminated for violating these Terms are not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To request a refund, email support@rocketssend.com from your account email address and include the transaction ID and reason for the request. We will acknowledge the request within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post it.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
