MailFleet Features

Review the deployment, asset, configuration, credential, analytics, and application capabilities in MailFleet.

Dashboard

The dashboard summarizes:

  • active and total assets;
  • current delivery totals and rates;
  • recent throughput;
  • fleet health by server type;
  • recent deployment batches.

Dashboard delivery data appears after logs have been collected. An empty analytics card does not necessarily mean deployment failed.

Guided deployment

The deployment workspace supports:

  • pasted or file-based server input;
  • apex, subdomain, or mixed domain formats;
  • batch naming;
  • server-type and DNS-provider defaults;
  • SSH user and port defaults;
  • hostname-generation rules;
  • per-server or shared administrator-password policies;
  • input parsing and fixable-row repair;
  • 1–100 concurrent deployment workers;
  • real-time per-host progress and logs;
  • stopping an active dispatch;
  • export of successful credentials.

Server assets

Successful deployments register assets that can be:

  • searched and filtered;
  • grouped by type or batch;
  • enabled or disabled for monitoring;
  • tested for SSH connectivity;
  • inspected for latency, SMTP readiness, and recent delivery rate;
  • removed from the local inventory.

Removing an asset does not uninstall its remote service. Credential records remain available unless removed through a separate authorized workflow.

Configuration templates

MailFleet provides two editing modes:

  • Simple: common ports and feature switches.
  • Advanced: full-file editing or upload with line-level comparison.

Placeholders render values such as domain, root domain, hostname, email, server IP, administrator password, and DKIM information at deployment time.

An advanced override replaces the generated version of that file. Review security and relay settings before deploying it.

Delivery analytics

MailFleet can collect supported server logs over SSH and aggregate:

  • sent and delivered totals;
  • deferred and rejected messages;
  • hard bounces and other failures;
  • bounce categories;
  • trends by hour or day;
  • recipient-domain performance;
  • per-server performance.

The selected report range and the collection schedule are independent. Changing the report from 7 to 30 days does not automatically collect new logs.

Credentials and exports

Deployment credentials are stored in a searchable local inventory. You can:

  • filter by server type;
  • sort by time, hostname, type, or status;
  • reveal or hide passwords;
  • copy a field or full row;
  • export selected or ready credentials;
  • customize CSV columns or a text-line template in Settings.

Activation, updates, and notifications

  • One-device online activation
  • License-state refresh and recovery guidance
  • Signed update metadata and verified Windows installer application where supported
  • In-application announcements
  • Configurable notification channels in current builds
  • English and Simplified Chinese interface
  • Light and dark themes
