Deliverability and Reports
Analyze outcomes by campaign, flow, sender, domain, and time, then turn findings into controlled changes.
Deliverability views help operators understand what happened after the queue attempted mail. Reports organize the same operation across a selected time range and dimension.
Dashboard
Use the dashboard for a current operational summary:
- sent volume and delivery outcomes;
- bounce and complaint rates;
- queue throughput and backlog;
- sender-account health;
- recent campaigns and engagement.
The dashboard is a starting point. Open the related campaign, sender, domain, or report before making a policy change.
Deliverability view
Review delivery and bounce behavior by recipient domain, time, or sending node/account as available. Domain-specific deferrals often require a different response from account-wide authentication failures.
Check:
- sudden changes from the previous comparable period;
- concentration in one sender or destination domain;
- hard versus temporary bounce reasons;
- rate changes that align with throttling;
- DNS authentication or reputation changes;
- complaint and unsubscribe movement.
Reports
Choose a date range and a supported dimension such as campaign, flow, sender, or domain. Review the trend and underlying rows, then export when a durable handoff is needed.
Include the report range, filters, dimension, and export time in operational notes. Different filters can make two exports look inconsistent even when both are correct.
Tracking
Open and click metrics require the relevant hosted tracking entitlement and healthy event infrastructure. These metrics can be affected by image blocking, privacy proxies, link scanners, and automated security systems. Use them as directional engagement evidence.
Branded tracking domains, hosted pages, and webhook delivery are separate optional services. Their health should be monitored independently from SMTP delivery.
Make one controlled change
After identifying a likely cause:
- define the expected effect;
- change one audience, content, domain, account, or rate variable;
- use a bounded campaign;
- compare a suitable period;
- record the result;
- keep or revert the change based on evidence.
No dashboard metric alone ensures placement in the primary inbox.
