Install RS Email Verifier, activate a license, and understand Free, Pro, and Enterprise access.
Install
- Download the installer supplied for your operating system.
- Complete the standard installation flow.
- Start RS Email Verifier.
- Select the interface language and review local storage and network settings.
Install updates only from a source supplied by RocketsSend. Preserve task data and exports before replacing or moving an installation.
Activate a license
Open the license area in Settings, enter the license details supplied with your purchase, and complete online verification. The application shows the active plan and license state after verification.
If activation fails:
- Check the system clock and internet access.
- Confirm the license value was copied without extra spaces.
- Retry without a network filter that blocks activation traffic.
- Keep the displayed error and safe diagnostics for support.

The interface may show features that the current plan cannot execute. Upgrade prompts identify the required plan.
Upgrade and downgrade behavior
Upgrading enables the corresponding features after the new license state is verified. If an Enterprise license is downgraded, local custom rules remain stored, but official signed rules no longer participate in verification.
Get help
Include the app version, operating system, plan, the exact action, and sanitized diagnostics. Do not email license secrets, complete address lists, proxy passwords, or unredacted exports.
